Although we do work on a global basis, we presently focus our attention on the strategic relationship between Europe and Africa, particularly involving Portugal, Azores, Mozambique and Cape Verde.

→ We conduct studies and analysis of opportunities, challenges, strengths and weaknesses to better understand business environments and substantiate decision making.
→ We promote strategic planning and strategic management, by elaborating and running business plans and their monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, including also in partnership with third parties through alignment of strategic and programmatic guidelines, development of synergies, and the increase of scale and dimension factors.
